How to delete
This page is about accounts for Dakku Drawer (developer winterlog studio). An account is created only when you sign in with Apple or Google to subscribe and save your supplies.
- In the app: Drawer → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm once more (if you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more too). It's deleted right away.
- Without the app (no need to reinstall): email support@bang9.dev with the subject "Delete account". We don't know your email or name, so if you ever subscribed, include the order number from your subscription receipt (App Store "Order ID", or the Google Play number starting with "GPA.") and we'll find and delete that account.
- If you have no order number, reinstall the app, sign in with the same account, and delete it in Settings → Account → Delete account.
Deleting your account doesn't end your subscription. Cancel it in the store first (Paid products and subscriptions).
What's deleted and what's kept
Deleted right away: your account number and creation time, your Apple or Google sign-in link, the supply details, labels, decorated pages and cut-out supply images saved to your account, and subscription check records.
Deleted at other companies: we delete that account's purchase records at RevenueCat. For an account signed in with Apple, we remove the Sign in with Apple link, and for an account signed in with Google, we revoke the Google permission given to this app (when you delete in the app). If you deleted without the app, you can remove the Sign in with Apple link in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, and the Google permission in Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services.
Kept: usage records counted by device analytics ID (not linked to your account, and deleted automatically 3 months after we receive them), and payment records (our payment records for 5 years from the payment date as the law requires; the stores' payment records are kept by Apple and Google).
Supplies and decorated pages on your device stay on that device even after you delete your account, and are erased when you delete the app.
When it's deleted
If you delete in the app, it's deleted right away; if you ask by email, we delete it and reply within 10 days of receiving your request (Korea PIPA Enforcement Decree Art. 43).
