Terms of Service
Key points
- Dakku Drawer is a free app for collecting journal decorating supplies from photos and decorating with them. In the app we sell Remove ads (a product you buy once and keep) and subscriptions (products you pay for every set period that save your supplies to your account).
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel. You cancel in your store's subscription settings.
- Payments and refund payouts are handled by the App Store and Google Play. Users in Korea can cancel a purchase within 7 days of payment (right of withdrawal).
- Paid products are licenses to use inside this app only. You can't exchange them for money or transfer them to someone else. We can take back benefits you got from a payment that was refunded or cancelled.
- Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. It is not limited for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.

Eligibility and accounts
You can use the app if you are 13 or older (14 or older in Korea; 13–16 or older in the EEA, depending on the country). If you are younger, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You can buy paid products if you are old enough to make contracts where you live, or with a parent's or guardian's consent.
In Korea, if someone under 19 paid without the consent of a legal guardian, they or their guardian can cancel the contract. If the contract is cancelled, everything paid is refunded. To cancel, ask the store you paid through (Apple or Google).
You can use the app without signing in. To subscribe and save your supplies to your account, sign in with Apple or Google. One account per person; you can't transfer or lend your account. You are responsible for your account and the devices you sign in on; if you think someone else is using your account, tell us.
The service
- The app cuts supplies out of your photos, collects them in your drawer by type and label, and lets you decorate blank notebook pages with them and save the pages. Photos are cut out on your device.
- If you don't sign in, your supplies and decorated pages are stored only on that device. They are lost if you lose the device or delete the app, so if you need to keep them, subscribe and save them to your account.
- The app shows ads. If you buy Remove ads or subscribe, you won't see ads. Saving supplies by watching an ad works as shown on that screen.
- We can change the app to fix it, or for security or legal reasons. Changes won't cost you anything extra. We don't compensate for changes to free features.
- If a change is bad for you, such as making a benefit you bought unusable, we will post it on this page 30 days in advance, and any loss it causes is handled as the law requires. If we shut down the app service, we will also tell you 30 days in advance, and you can ask for a refund of the remaining subscription period through the refund process of the store you paid through.
Paid products and subscriptions
What you get If you buy Remove ads, you won't see ads (on other devices with the same store account, use Restore purchases), and your supplies are stored only on your device. With a subscription, you won't see ads while you're subscribed, and your supplies and decorated pages are saved to the account you signed in with, so you can see them on other devices too. Subscriptions come in 1-month and 1-year plans.
Price and payment Prices are shown on the store's payment screen (in Korea, as the total including VAT), and you pay with your App Store or Google Play account. You can have only one subscription at a time; when a switch takes effect and how the amount already paid is handled follow the store's rules. Products you bought can be restored in Settings → Restore purchases. You are responsible for the internet access and data charges for using the service.
Automatic renewal Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price. Apple and Google send reminders before renewal in their own way.
Price changes If we raise the price, the store tells you at least 30 days ahead and asks for your consent where the law or its rules require. Users in Korea renew at the new price only if they agree; otherwise the subscription ends when the current period ends.
Cancelling You can cancel online at any time, right away, in the store where you subscribed, as easily as you signed up.
- iPhone: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dakku Drawer → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dakku Drawer → Cancel subscription
- Web: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (App Store) · play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Google Play)
Cancelling only stops the next renewal: you can use the rest of the period, and the fee for the rest of the period isn't refunded. When the subscription ends, nothing new is saved to your account and ads appear again; supplies saved to your account stay until you delete your account, and they continue if you subscribe again. Deleting your account doesn't end a subscription.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
We only sell paid products in the apps (the iOS app through the App Store, the Android app through Google Play). Payments and refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies and processes, and refunds for a cancelled purchase are also made by the store you paid through. Your rights under the law stay the same.
How to ask The store refund request pages below are the withdrawal function (European Union) and the withdrawal button (Argentina). Please include the order number (in your receipt email), the purchase date and the product.
- App Store: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: ask on the Google Play refund page.
If you need help with your request, let us know at support@bang9.dev. We'll help you with the request.
Right of withdrawal by country
| Country | Right of withdrawal |
|---|---|
| Korea | Within 7 days of payment (for Remove ads, within 7 days of buying). If a product differs from its description or doesn't work properly, you can cancel within 3 months of the day you bought (received) it, and within 30 days of the day you found out, or could have found out, about the problem. |
| European Union | Within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason. If you withdraw from a subscription within that time, you get a refund minus the amount for the time already used. For Remove ads, if, when you paid, you agreed in the store to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal, and the store sent you a confirmation, you can't withdraw once supply has started. |
| United Kingdom | You can cancel within 14 days of payment (right to cancel). For a subscription, you get a refund minus the amount for the time already used. For Remove ads, if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel when you paid, you can't cancel once supply has started (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37). |
| Japan | Because these are digital products, we don't accept withdrawal or returns for your own reasons. Including when a product has a defect, Apple's and Google's policies and processes apply. |
| Brazil | Within 7 days of payment (direito de arrependimento). You get your money back through the store you paid with, by the same payment method. |
| Argentina | Within 10 days of payment (arrepentimiento) |
| Chile | Within 10 days of payment (retracto) |
| Mexico | Within 5 business days of payment (revocación) |
| Colombia | Within 5 business days of payment (retracto) |
| Other countries | Under the refund policy of the store you paid through and the law of your country |
If you cancel a subscription mid-term, refunds for the remaining period follow the policy of the store you paid through. If a payment is refunded or cancelled (including a store refund), we can take back the benefits you got from it.
Prohibited conduct and restrictions
You must not:
- Tamper with the app or our servers (modified apps, hacking) or use paid benefits without paying
- Use someone else's account, or call our servers with automated programs
- Copy, distribute or sell the app or its art without permission
- Use the app for any illegal purpose, such as saving photos that violate other people's rights to your account
If you do, we can block that user's account or use of paid benefits, or end our agreement with them. If we have a way to reach you, we tell you the reason, and you can send objections to us.
Rights
The app's software, art and name belong to us or their original creators. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app under these terms. You can't transfer this right. Paid products are the same kind of license.
You hold the rights to, and are responsible for, the photos, supply details and decorated pages you add. We use them only to provide the service (storing them on your device and in your account and showing them to you), not to show them to other people. Fonts and open-source software in the app follow their own licenses.
Stopping and deleting your account
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app also deletes the supplies and settings on your device. If you have an account, you can delete your account and the supplies saved to it with Settings → Delete account in the app; without the app, request deletion as described in Delete Your Account. Remove ads, if you bought it, stays with your store account, and you can restore it with Restore purchases after reinstalling.
Limitation of liability
- We run the app carefully, but we don't promise that the app and saving to your account will always work without errors.
- We are not responsible for outages or damage that are not our fault, for example force majeure such as natural disasters, war or power cuts; outages at other companies such as network carriers, the stores or sign-in providers; problems with your device; or your own fault. Loss caused by other outages is handled under this section and the law.
- Unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (such as profit you could have made) or for data loss (such as supplies stored only on your device).
- For other damage, as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for this app in the last 12 months.
- We don't limit our liability for damage caused intentionally or through our gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or where the law doesn't allow limits.
- If you break these terms or the law and cause loss to us or to someone else, you must compensate for that loss.
- These terms don't reduce the rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we post what changed and the effective date on this page at least 7 days before (30 days if the change is bad for you). If you don't agree, you can stop by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app before the effective date.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
- For payments and refunds, ask the store you paid through first; for other disputes, let us know. Users in Korea can apply for mediation to the Content Dispute Resolution Committee (www.kcdrc.kr) or the Korea Consumer Agency (1372).
- You can go to the court that has jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law, or to the courts where you live. Small claims can use small claims procedures.
Store terms
Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the iOS app. These terms govern the app service (storing supplies, decorating, saving to your account, paid benefits), and payments follow each store's terms.
Users in Korea
Under Article 28 of Korea's Content Industry Promotion Act, we tell you where these terms differ from Korea's content user protection guidelines.
- Refunds: payments and refund payouts are made by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds follow each store's refund process. We have no separate rule for refunding the remaining period when you cancel a subscription mid-term; the store's policy applies.
- Changes to these terms and shutdown: we announce them by posting on this page (7 days before for changes to these terms, 30 days before for changes bad for you and for a shutdown). We don't send individual notices.
- Outages: loss caused by an outage is handled under Limitation of liability and the law. There is no fixed compensation based on how long an outage lasts.
Users in the European Union
- Pre-contract information: our identity and contact details and those of the merchant of record are in Operator and business information; the main features of each product and the total price including tax are on the store payment screen. The app works on iOS and Android devices the stores allow it to be installed on.
- Right of withdrawal and withdrawal function: see Right of withdrawal and refunds.
- Conformity: if a paid product doesn't work as described, we will fix it, reduce the price or refund you as the law requires.
- Service changes: we make changes only for a valid reason, such as security, a change in the law or a change by another company, and we don't charge you more because of them. We tell you clearly in advance about changes that are bad for subscribers, and you can end the contract at no extra cost within 30 days of receiving the notice.
Other country terms

Japan These terms are standard form terms (teikei yakkan) under Art. 548-2 of the Civil Code. They become part of our contract when you start using the app or buy a paid product. Under the Consumer Contract Act, clauses that exempt us from liability for intent or gross negligence, or that one-sidedly harm consumers' interests, are void. Before changes take effect, we publish the changes and the effective date on this page (Civil Code Art. 548-4). Seller information: 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
